You will receive a tracking code when the order is shipped.
The shipping fee is never refundable.
Order by 12:00pm on a working day and we will dispatch your order on that day. Order after that or at the weekend, and we will ship your order on the next working day.
As soon as your order is packed and ready to go, we will email you with the tracking code. You can pass this on to your customer. The tracking code will not work until the parcel is actually collected by the courier, so advise your customers to check after 6pm.
We use a next working day service for all deliveries. However we are not responsible for any failures by the couriers and the shipping fee is never refundable for any reason including late or failed deliveries.
We charge shipping based on the largest item in your order. It accurately reflects how the courier charge us.
